Job summary

Rhox is seeking a service manager and functional analyst to keep finance and HR applications running reliably and to optimize processes behind them. You’ll coordinate business teams, IT and suppliers, maintain service documentation and knowledge bases, track change requests and report on service quality.

The role focuses on handling incidents, root-cause analysis, process modelling with BPMN, and ensuring GDPR-compliant user access.

Qualifications

• At least five years of IT service management experience with ITIL.
• Experience in incident and problem management, including root-cause analysis.
• Experience modelling processes with BPMN.
• Basic knowledge of accounting.
• Proficient in English, Dutch and French (B2).

Responsibilities

• Investigate recurring problems and define corrective actions.
• Analyse and document business processes; propose improvements.

What you bring

• At least five years of relevant IT service management experience using ITIL.
• Experience in incident and problem management, including root-cause analysis.
• Experience analysing and modelling processes with Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN).
• Basic knowledge of general accounting.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Iptor or EasyPay.
