Computacenter Belgium invites graduates or those with first commercial experience to join a 12-month Early Careers - Sales Talent Programme starting in September 2027. You will gain IT sales training, work across Inside Sales, Solutions Sales and Account Management, and rotate through our London headquarters to broaden your exposure.

You’ll be part of a dynamic, international team with a strong focus on career development, rewards, and real opportunities to join the Belgium Sales Organisation

Qualifications

• Graduated or gained first commercial work experience.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and/or French and English.
• Self-motivated with interest in technology and sales.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to start in September 2027.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month Early Careers Sales Talent Programme.
• Engage in Inside Sales, Solutions Sales and Account Management rotations.
• Learn and apply sales techniques, and build strategic thinking.
