Computacenter Belgium is offering a 12-month Early Careers - Sales Talent Programme 2027 starting in September. This frontline sales development programme strengthens strategic thinking, sales techniques and IT knowledge, with a structured path across departments.

You will rotate through Inside Sales, Solutions Sales and Account Management, with a home base in Zaventem and occasional visits to our London headquarters and other Europe locations; mentorship and a yearly Sales Kick-Off are part of

Formación

• Recent graduate or first commercial work experience.
• Keen interest in technology and sales.
• Excellent communication in Dutch, French and English.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Team oriented with a proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Complete a 12-month sales training programme with exposure to all areas of the organisation.
• Join different training phases and a personalised in-depth sales training - partly in our London UK headquarters.
• Rotations through Inside Sales, Solutions Sales, and Account Management.
• Take an active role within departments and learn the necessary skills to succeed.
• Be mentored by a company coach throughout the programme.
• Work primarily from the Zaventem office with opportunities to visit London and other locations.
