NextLink is seeking an IT Project test Analyst to join the Brussels area. The role focuses on shaping the testing strategy, coordinating end-to-end testing, and ensuring quality across system and integration tests.

You will work with business analysts, architects and developers to analyze requirements, design test scenarios, and manage test data. A minimum of five years in testing and knowledge of SQL/DB2 and Azure DevOps are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in testing and QA.
• Knowledge about business process management, requirements management & test engineering.
• Knowledge of Insurance sectors.
• Ability to support the functional analyst in investigating issues in the E2E flow.
• Knowledge of SQL and DB2.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
• Able to define test strategy & master test plan.
• Experience in test analysis & test execution.

As project test analyst:

• Analyze business and technicalrequirements and identify quality risks
• Define and maintain the testingstrategy and master test plan
• Establish the overall test scope,test levels and test approach.

• Identify & create test data asneeded to perform test cases
• Execute functional, integration andend-to-end test cases, validate results, and ensure adequate coverage of business processes andsystem interactions.
• Investigate incidents, unexpectedbehavior and root causes of defects.
• Monitor test progress and provideregular reporting to project stakeholders.
• Support defect diagnosis throughanalysis of APIs, integrations, messaging components and endto-end transactionflows.
• Collaborate closely with businessanalysts, functional analysts, architects and developers.
• Contribute to the preparation &execution of release regression testing
• Manage and follow up defects,including prioritization, reporting and coordination with project teams.
