Cloud Power Luxembourg is seeking an experienced Test Lead/Coordinator for a long-term assignment in a Belgian insurance environment. The role combines hands-on testing with coaching a small team of two testers, focusing on functional testing rather than automation.

The ideal candidate speaks French and English, with Dutch a plus, and will act as the central testing contact, defining plans and ensuring quality and risk management.

For a long-term assignment within a major Belgian insurance environment, we are looking for an experienced Test Lead / Test Coordinator to join a French-speaking team.

Languages: French & English – Dutch is a plus

The Role

You will join a team responsible for testing a business-critical insurance application developed and maintained by an external software provider.

You will coordinate and coach a team of 2 experienced testers, while remaining hands-on with functional testing. This is not a pure management role and does not require a technical/automation testing profile.

• Coach, guide and coordinate 2 experienced testers
• Act as the central point of contact for testing activities
• Define and maintain test plans, scenarios and reporting
• Prepare, execute and follow up on manual test cases
• Analyse business and functional requirements
• Support user stories and change requests
• Organise defect triage with the external software provider
• Monitor test quality, planning, scope and risks
