ITProposal in Brussels is seeking a Functional Analyst & Tester to support risk management applications. You will gather and analyze requirements, translate them into functional specs, and ensure quality through functional, regression, and integration testing in an Agile setting.

The role collaborates with developers across the lifecycle, designs and maintains test cases, and contributes to continuous testing improvements. Fluency in French or Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Tester, or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software testing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience writing functional specifications and documenting business requirements.
• Knowledge of automation testing tools; Tosca experience is a plus.
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with excellent English.

Functional Analyst & Tester (Risk Management)

We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst & Tester to support the delivery of risk management applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, create functional specifications, and ensure high-quality software through functional, regression, and integration testing in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for risk management solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design, execute, and maintain functional, regression, and integration test cases.
• Test applications and web services, identify defects, and support issue resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

Required Skills:
