ITproposal is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst & Tester for Risk Management in Brussels. You will collect business requirements, translate them into functional specs and user stories, and work with developers to ensure quality through functional, regression, and integration testing in an Agile setup.

Ideal candidates have 6-8 years in a similar role, a relevant degree, strong testing experience, and proficiency in English with French or Dutch. Hybrid work in Brussels is offered.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Tester, or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software testing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience writing functional specifications and documenting business requirements.
• Knowledge of automation testing tools; Tosca experience is a plus.
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with excellent English.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, create functional specifications, and ensure high-quality software through functional, regression, and integration testing in an Agile environment.
