Job summary

Sia seeks a bright Program Manager to lead the initiation, definition and implementation of major programs. You will build roadmaps, coordinate a team of project managers, and report progress to business leadership. The role focuses on delivering results while fostering growth and accountability.

Your background should include a Master’s in a relevant field, 3+ years in consultancy, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and strong leadership with fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle...).
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Leading the initiation, definition and implementation of the program

Qualifications:

• Master degree in applied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics
• +3 years experience in consultancy and if possible experience in managing complex programs
