Job summary

Sia, a global management consulting group, is seeking Senior Consultants in Belgium to lead finance transformation initiatives. You will redesign client finance organizations, enhance controllership, and drive improvements in closing, consolidation, and forecasting.

Collaboration across teams and international assignments are expected. We value a Master level education, 3–6 years consultancy experience, and strong analytical, communication, and language skills (French, Dutch, English).

Qualifications

• Master degree in applied economics, engineering, computer science, statistics or econometrics.
• 3–6 years’ experience within a consultancy firm.
• Knowledge in financial strategy, closing, consolidation & reporting and finance process optimization.
• Outstanding team player with strong communication skills.
• Analytical thinker able to synthesize options into conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, results-oriented and committed.
• Interest in data and AI topics with ability to build expertise quickly.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
• Willing to participate in temporary assignments abroad.

• Rethink the Finance Organisation of our clients
• Build the foundations for strong business and financial Controllership;
• (Re)gain control over the financial impact of their business processes;
• Improve and accelerate their closing, consolidation, but also the effectiveness and efficiency of plans, budgets, and forecasts…

Qualifications

• Master degree in applied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics
• 3 to 6 years’ experience within a consultancy firm
• Knowledge in financial strategy, closing, consolidation & reporting and in finance process optimization
• Outstanding team player and good communication skills
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Language skills: French, Dutch and English
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France, The Netherlands)
