Job summary

Sia is seeking bright, dynamic consultants to build relationships and deliver results across Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Industry, Transport and Logistics sectors. You will work on HR development, HR tools, and change management initiatives, with opportunities to contribute to Sia's internal initiatives and business development.

You will participate in projects across Belgium and potentially abroad, with a competitive salary and benefits, including mobility budget and hospital

Qualifications

• University master's degree or equivalent in business/HR related field.
• 0 to 3 years' experience as a consultant or in similar roles.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Interest in HR, Change, and data/AI topics.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to change management programs, including communication, training, and support planning.
• Support HR management, HR performance management, and HR development activities.
• Participate in HR tools projects: information systems and project management.
• Contribute to social management studies and preparation of HR documents.

You will be involved in projects across different sectors: Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Industry, Transport and Logistics.

You will mainly work on the following topics:

• Change management in customer programs and projects: communication, training and support plan, digital or collaborative strategy definition.
• HR management and HR performance management: HR function organization, CSR, HR KPIs,…
• HR development: recruitment, career, training, …
• HR tools and Information systems: project management and implementation
• Social management: studies, HR document drafting, negotiation preparation

Qualifications

• University Master Business Engineering, (HR) Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
• 0 to 3 years' experience as a consultant
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
• Strong interest in HR and Change
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you're excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Languages: Trilingual French, Dutch and English. Dutch is a must
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments all over Belgium and abroad (e.g. France)
