Job summary

Sia seeks a bright Program Manager to lead the initiation, definition and implementation of major programs. You will build roadmaps, coordinate a team of project managers, and report progress to business leadership. The role focuses on delivering results while fostering growth and accountability.

Your background should include a Master’s in a relevant field, 3+ years in consultancy, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and strong leadership with fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years experience in consultancy and managing complex programs.
• Experience with ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle...).
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Interest in data and AI topics with ability to quickly build expertise.
• Ability to bring structure and stay calm under pressure.
• Dutch and English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the initiation, definition and implementation of the program.
• Build a program roadmap and ensure its realization.
• Manage a team of experienced project managers.
• Follow-up on program objectives realization and reporting to management.
• Monitor benefits realization and incurred costs.
• Manage program risks and dependencies with other programs and projects.
• Oversee the core team’s functioning.
