Qualifications

• University Master degree in either Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, Applied Economics or Management.
• 3–6 years of experience as a consultant.
• Languages: French, Dutch and English; Dutch is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Involved in transformation projects for clients.
• Execute project assignments: data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop facilitation, process mapping, and functional specifications.
• Lead teams by coaching new hires and juniors as soon as possible.
• Contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications and seminars.

As a business consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, people interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team leadership roles by coaching new hires and juniors. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…) within the business units of the different industries we serve.

Qualifications

• University Master Business Engineer, Civil Engineer, Applied Economics, Management
• 3 to 6 years experience as a consultant
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
• Strong interest in the Financial Services sector
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
• Languages: Trilingual French, Dutch and English. Dutch is a must.
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France and The Netherlands)
