Skillbase Group Ltd in Belgium is seeking an experienced IT/Telecom Integration Project Manager to lead a complex transformation across Transmission, Radio Access, OSS/NMS and related platforms.

You will coordinate integration of Microwave NMS, DAS, repeaters and SmartNode systems with fault, incident and change management processes, drive inventory and configuration integration across transmission and radio access platforms, and ensure secure, auditable delivery with stakeholder alignment and

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering IT/Telecom integration projects in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Solid understanding of OSS/NMS, fault, incident, change and configuration management.
• Knowledge of microwave, DAS, repeaters and small-cell technologies.
• Familiar with ITIL and telecom operational processes.
• Experience with IT security technologies and network monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Lead integration of Microwave NMS, DAS, repeater and SmartNode management systems with fault, incident and change management platforms.
• Drive inventory and configuration management integration across transmission and radio access platforms.
• Coordinate remote access to hosted NMS and operational systems.
• Manage multiple technical and business stakeholders across telecom operations, network engineering, IT and external partners.
• Own project scope, budget, planning, dependencies and delivery.
• Provide progress reporting to senior management and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure IT security and NIS2 requirements are addressed throughout the programme.
• Support operational handover and readiness for fault, incident and spare-parts management.

IT / Telecom Integration Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT / Telecom Integration Project Manager to lead a complex integration programme across Transmission, Radio Access, OSS/NMS and operational support platforms.

You will manage the integration of multiple network management and inventory systems, ensuring they are ready to support both Build and Run operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead integration of Microwave NMS, DAS, repeater and SmartNode management systems with existing fault, incident and change management platforms.Drive inventory and configuration management integration across transmission and radio access platforms.Coordinate remote access to hosted NMS and operational systems.Manage multiple technical and business stakeholders across telecom operations, network engineering, IT and external technology partners.Own project scope, budget, planning, dependencies and delivery.Ensure alignment with stakeholders and provide clear progress reporting to senior management.Ensure IT security and NIS2 requirements are addressed throughout the programme.Support operational handover and readiness for fault, incident, change and spare-parts management.

Key Requirements

Proven experience managing complex IT/Telecom integration projects in multi-stakeholder environments.Strong understanding of Telecom OSS/NMS, Fault, Incident, Change and Configuration Management.Knowledge of microwave, DAS, repeaters, femto/small-cell technologies and network monitoring.Understanding of ITIL principles and telecom operational processes.Good understanding of IT integration and security technologies including SNMP, firewalls, VPN and encryption.Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.Ability to prioritise effectively, distinguish must-have vs. nice-to-have requirements, and drive pragmatic delivery decisions.Comfortable working with senior management and multiple technical delivery partners.
