Bopro is seeking a Project Manager to lead sustainable real estate and construction projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure transparent progress and quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes integrating sustainability and digital tools while maintaining budgets, timelines, and risk controls across Ghent, Brussels, Paris, and Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant professional experience in construction or real estate.
• Experience with digitalization and digital tools used in design and construction.
• Good command of Dutch and/or French.
• Strategic mindset and strong decision-making in complex projects.
• Proven leadership with stakeholder and team management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex real estate and construction projects from initiation to delivery.
• Direct multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Act as primary contact for clients and project partners throughout the lifecycle.
• Translate project business plans into budgets and financial frameworks.

Managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Directingmultidisciplinary project teams and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and project partners throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Translating project business plansinto budgets and financial frameworks for project partners.

Integrating and guiding sustainabilityand digitalization initiatives at project level.

• Master's degree in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Engineering Architecture, or Law
• Relevant professional experience within the construction or real estate sector
