Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering projects in Brussels, Belgium. You will drive initiatives from concept to delivery, coordinating internal teams, contractors and clients to meet scope, budget and schedule while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Engineering, 5+ years of PM experience, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and fluency in Dutch, French and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electromechanical, Mechanical or related discipline).
• Min. 5 years of experience in project management within engineering, construction, infrastructure, industrial or technical environments.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is considered an asset.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team at one of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. You will act as the key interface between customers, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
