Netcompany Belgium is seeking an IT Process and User Support Officer to assist Joint Clinical Assessments (JCA) and strengthen IT processes across EU institutions. You will support users, refine SOPs, coordinate testing, and help improve dashboards and IT solutions for JCA workflows.

With at least 3 years in a similar role and strong English (French helpful), you’ll collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic European environment and contribute to AI-enabled process improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree in Information Technology, Health Technology Assessment, Health Sciences, Public Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Experience supporting users, IT tools, or business processes.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of English and good knowledge of French.

Responsabilités

• Support users with JCA digital tools and provide guidance on the EU survey tool.
• Update and improve JCA process documentation across different systems and platforms.
• Prepare, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate user testing, manage issues, and collect user feedback.
• Work with stakeholders to improve dashboards and IT solutions that support JCA processes.
• Monitor shared mailboxes and ensure timely handling and escalation of user requests.
• Prepare reports on user requests, business needs, and IT enhancements.
• Contribute to process improvements and explore the use of AI to support JCA activities.
