Job summary

Adecco Belgium is seeking an IT Operations & Workplace Specialist to support our offices across Belgium and Luxembourg. Based in Groot-Bijgaarden, you will combine hands-on technical support with coordination of infrastructure projects and ongoing improvements to ensure a reliable IT environment.

You will handle complex hardware, software and network issues, manage end-user devices and onboarding, coordinate IT projects, and drive incidents to resolution while maintaining accurate asset

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT support, Service Desk, IT Operations or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of hardware, software and workplace technologies.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Willingness to travel 20–50% to Belgium and Luxembourg offices.
• Fluency in English; Dutch and/or French are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• IT Operations & Support: analyze and resolve complex hardware, software, network and workplace issues with IT teams and external providers.
• Workplace Management: manage end-user devices, software installations, access rights and onboarding/offboarding.
• Infrastructure & Connectivity: maintain local IT infrastructure, networks, telephony, printers and meeting room tech.
• IT Projects & Implementations: coordinate office openings, relocations, network upgrades and technology rollouts.
• Incident Management & Continuous Improvement: own incidents to resolution and identify service improvements.
• IT Asset Management: oversee equipment lifecycle, inventories and documentation.
• Stakeholder & Supplier Management: collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, IT teams and external partners.
