Job summary

NATO Parliamentary Assembly (NATO PA) in Belgium seeks an IT Operations & Business Applications Officer to support and improve business applications, digital solutions and technology services. You will deliver user support, administer Microsoft 365, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives across the Secretariat.

The role requires 5+ years IT experience, deep Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into practical

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or related discipline.
• 5+ years in information technology or related areas.
• Experience supporting business applications and technology projects.
• Experience with outsourced service providers.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration and related cloud tech experience.
• Solid Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) experience.
• Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Willing to travel and work outside standard hours.
• Advanced proficiency in one NATO PA official language and working knowledge of the other.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support for staff and incidents.
• Support business applications, Microsoft 365 services and end-user devices to ensure high service levels.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft 365-based solutions and low-code workflows.
• Coordinate with cyber security providers and managed service partners.
• Support IT and digital aspects of NATO PA Sessions and other activities.
• Contribute to business continuity and recovery arrangements.
