Job summary

Phoenix Technologies in Brussels is seeking a Senior IT Strategy Analyst to lead end-to-end management of Microsoft contracts and digital workplace initiatives, shaping strategy with management and suppliers.

You will drive renewal work, license optimization, and governance across enterprise agreements, asset management, and operating model design, partnering with senior leaders to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Microsoft licensing (EA, M365, Power Platform, Copilot, LTSC) and contract management.
• Strong ability to draft and defend market documents such as specifications, RFI/RFP, and bid analyses.
• Demonstrated enterprise-architect perspective connecting contracts, processes, organization, and technology.
• Excellent negotiation, governance, and stakeholder management skills with senior leadership and suppliers.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT strategy, asset management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support I&O operating model design by mapping processes, analyzing roles, assessing organizational impacts, and preparing workshops for management decisions.
