Responsabilités

• Assisting in resource planning and allocation, service delivery management, and reporting.
• Collecting inputs from stakeholders to support business plans.
• Conducting regular reviews with stakeholders to ensure plans are updated.

Skills, knowledge, experience required

• Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and databases
• Previous experience in service delivery and service delivery costing
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, with a proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing

Desirable

• Knowledge of NATO rules and regulations
• Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements
• Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT

Duties/role

• Assisting in activities requiring support in resource planning and allocation, service delivery management or planning, reporting, and controls
• Collecting inputs from different stakeholders to support the elaboration of business plans (workforce, procurement, business execution, recruitment campaigns)
• Conducting regular reviews with internal stakeholders to ensure plans and actuals are kept up to date and escalating as required
