NATO Parliamentary Assembly seeks an IT Operations & Business Applications Officer to deliver, maintain and enhance business applications, digital solutions and technology services. You will support end-user services, collaboration platforms and security-conscious operations across the Secretariat.

The role focuses on Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Dataverse and related cloud technologies, with a strong emphasis on security, reliability and user-focused IT services.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT, CS, IS or related discipline.
• 5+ years of IT experience or related areas.
• Experience supporting business applications, digital solutions and technology projects.
• Experience with outsourced service providers.
• Strong hands-on with M365 environments incl. Entra, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Exchange, PowerShell.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Willingness to travel abroad and work outside standard hours.
• Advanced proficiency in one NATO languages (English/French) and working knowledge of the other.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1st/2nd line support for incidents and requests.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, collaboration platforms and end-user devices.
• Develop and support business applications like Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
• Analyse requirements, design enhancements and coordinate with external providers.
• Coordinate with cyber security providers and managed service partners.
• Deliver IT and digital transformation projects and ensure service availability.
