Meerab Group in Brussels seeks a Senior IT Strategy Analyst to lead end-to-end management of Microsoft contracts and digital workplace initiatives, working closely with management and suppliers to optimize licensing and governance.

You will steer Enterprise Agreement activities, SLAs, and renewal processes, while aligning IT strategy with business outcomes and driving continuous improvement across the digital workplace ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Microsoft licensing (EA, M365, Power Platform, Copilot, LTSC) and contract management.
• Strong ability to draft and defend market documents such as specifications, RFI/RFP, and bid analyses.
• Demonstrated enterprise-architect perspective connecting contracts, processes, organization, and technology.
• Excellent negotiation, governance, and stakeholder management skills with senior leadership and suppliers.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT strategy, asset management, or related fields.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement Software and Hardware Asset Management processes, tools, and governance to ensure license compliance.
• Support I&O operating model design by mapping processes, analyzing roles, assessing organizational impacts, and preparing workshops for management decisions.
