Wlgroup is seeking a logistics-driven asset specialist to manage IT assets from receipt to disposal on-site in Brussels. You will ensure accurate asset records, coordinate with technicians, and support inventory inspections while maintaining strict documentation and reporting standards.

The role requires vocational training in logistics with related experience, knowledge of asset acquisition procedures, and practical ERP experience (Oracle).

Qualifications

• Must understand asset acquisition procedures.
• Experience with IT assets lifecycle from receipt to disposal.
• Ability to compile, verify and process forms per directives.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate property accounting records for IT assets.
• Manage asset lifecycle from receipt to disposal: receiving, storing, issuing, moving and writing off.
• Support inventory inspections and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor warehouse activity: receiving, labelling, storage and issuing to end users.
• Check deliveries for quantity, quality and labelling before issue.
• Coordinate with tech teams to match user needs with equipment.
• Prepare logistics documentation and asset reports.
• Report asset status and inventory activity regularly.
• Suggest improvements to logistics processes and asset accountability.
