Veolia BeLux is seeking an Asset Specialist to lead IT asset management services across hardware and software assets, ensuring lifecycle optimization and strong financial control. The role focuses on PO processing, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with procurement and IT teams.

The ideal candidate has IT asset management experience, SAP knowledge, and multilingual communication skills across Dutch, French, and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT asset management
• ITIL Foundation certification
• SAP knowledge required
• Strong financial acumen for PO processing and invoice reconciliation
• Procurement and vendor management experience
• Technical understanding of IT infrastructure
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work with directors and cross-functional teams
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English

Responsabilités

• Manage software and hardware asset lifecycle
• Process and monitor purchase orders
• Negotiate with key suppliers
• Cross-reference invoices and maintain financial records
• Identify technical requirements and update relevant teams
