Allianz Benelux seeks an IT Demand Manager to coordinate IT demand intake, manage estimation workflows with providers, and ensure transparent demand tracking.

You will validate estimates against benchmarks and maintain the demand register, ensuring supplier readiness and delivery feasibility within a hybrid work model. A degree in IT, Engineering, or Business is required with fluency in English; Dutch or French is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience structuring IT requests with business stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating estimation with internal and external IT providers.
• Understanding demand-to-delivery lifecycle and benchmarking practices.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate IT Demand Intake as the single point of contact for business-initiated IT requests.
• Facilitate end-to-end estimation with providers, ensuring feasible and timely estimates.
• Validate estimates using benchmarks and historical data to identify anomalies or costs.
• Maintain a transparent demand register tracking status and feedback.
• Ensure supplier readiness and delivery feasibility in collaboration with procurement and finance.
