Allianz Benelux seeks an IT Demand Manager to coordinate IT demand intake, manage estimation workflows with providers, and ensure transparent demand tracking.
You will validate estimates against benchmarks and maintain the demand register, ensuring supplier readiness and delivery feasibility within a hybrid work model. A degree in IT, Engineering, or Business is required with fluency in English; Dutch or French is a strong advantage.
Are you ready to shape how business needs are translated into IT solutions? As an IT Demand Manager, you'll be the crucial link between business stakeholders and IT providers, ensuring incoming requests are clearly defined, properly validated, and supported with accurate effort and cost estimations.
In this strategic position, you'll coordinate the entire IT demand intake process, manage estimation workflows with providers, and maintain transparent demand tracking. Your analytical mindset and collaborative approach will ensure IT demand is managed efficiently and transparently across the organization.
You have experience working with business stakeholders to structure IT requests and are familiar with estimation models and benchmarking practices. Your hands‑on experience coordinating with IT providers and understanding of the demand‑to‑delivery lifecycle are essential. With strong communication and analytical skills, you excel at bringing diverse stakeholders together.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Administration and fluency in English are required, with Dutch and/or French being a strong advantage. You're proactive, structured, solution-oriented, and value transparency in all interactions.
