Allianz Benelux is seeking an IT Economics Manager to join the Technology Office and lead financial governance, planning, and performance steering of the IT portfolio. This role partners with Technology, Finance, and Business stakeholders to ensure IT investments, run costs, and operating expenditures align with strategic priorities.

The role oversees RtC costs, IT financial planning, target setting, cost allocation, and variance analysis.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Controlling, Finance, IT, Operations, or consulting.
Strong academic background in IT, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
Excellent expertise in financial controlling, planning, budgeting, and operational steering.
Good understanding of the insurance industry, IT landscapes, and large-scale transformation programs.
Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Lead IT Run costs planning, budgeting, and multi-year IT financial plans.
Monitor IT spending across applications, infrastructure, licenses, vendors, and projects.
Produce monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and dashboards.
Develop financial insights and KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
