Job summary

speos is seeking an IT Delivery Leader in Belgium to lead and grow a team of ICT Software Engineers across Anderlecht and Fleurus sites. You will drive collaboration, implement best practices, and align Agile methodologies with DevSecOps and testing guidelines.

You will coach developers from mid-level to senior, foster continuous learning, and manage delivery metrics using Jira and dashboards. Fluent French and English are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Progressed from senior developer to Tech Lead with leadership responsibilities.
• Solid expertise in Java, TypeScript, React/Angular and CI/CD practices.
• Experience coaching developers and managing delivery with Agile practices.
• Fluent in French and English; strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of ICT Software Engineers with coaching and mentorship.
• Align Agile and Scrum practices to ensure effective delivery and governance.
• Develop and promote DevSecOps and testing guidelines across the team.
• Coach on AI-assisted software development and review AI-generated code.
• Collaborate with multiple IT teams and stakeholders to drive innovation.
