Speos in Belgium seeks an IT Delivery Leader to lead and develop a team of ICT Software Engineers, aligning Agile and Scrum practices with DevSecOps, and driving collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.

You will mentor developers, set clear objectives, monitor performance with Jira and dashboards, and work across Anderlecht and Fleurus sites to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar IT leadership role.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Solid expertise in Java, TypeScript, React or Angular, with strong code review, CI/CD, DevSecOps, testing and Agile practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of ICT Software Engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Align Agile and Scrum practices to ensure effective delivery.
• Develop DevSecOps and testing guidelines and ensure daily activities align with shared services.
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive innovation and delivery.
