Job summary

Arηs Group, part of Accenture, is seeking a Medior / senior IT Business Developer to drive growth by acquiring new clients and managing relationships. You will identify opportunities, open new accounts, and promote IT services and technical expertise to support client projects.

Role requires collaboration with Sales, Recruitment, Delivery, and Marketing teams and offers a fast-paced international environment with multilingual capabilities highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
• Fluency in English, French and Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international and fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Belgian private IT market is a strong plus.

The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, opening new client accounts, and promoting Arηs Group’s IT services and technical expertise to support client projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by acquiring new clients in the IT sector;
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction;
• Understand client needs and propose tailored IT services and solutions, including the provision of developers and technical profiles for IT projects;
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Recruitment, Delivery, and Marketing) to ensure alignment between client demands and available expertise;
• Prepare and support the creation of commercial proposals, presentations, and bids;
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify growth opportunities;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the internal systems.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management;
• Strong interest in the IT and digital services sector;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
• Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset;
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international and fast-paced environment;
• Fluency inEnglish,Frenchand Dutch is a strong advantage. Additional EU languages would be considered an asset;
