SNCB/NMBS is seeking a Domain Lead – Transformation & Cybersecurity Strategy Adoption toembed cybersecurity into the organization’s culture and processes. You will co‑own the preparation and implementation of security policies, working with HR and senior leadership to ensure structured, measurable adoption across cybersecurity projects.

You will lead change management activities, translate strategy into practical guidance, and monitor KPIs to adapt the approach.

Qualifications

• Rewrite, operationalize and actively implement cybersecurity policies with HR, securing endorsement from HR Talent and executive sign-off.
• Lead structured stakeholder engagement with management, HR IR and HR Talent to build coalitions for change.
• Translate cybersecurity requirements into practical guidance for employees and managers.
• Manage the change management workstream: stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, readiness tracking, communication planning, benefits realization.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, co-author and implement cybersecurity policies in collaboration with CISO GRC Team and HR.
• Own and drive the change management track across all cybersecurity projects, from awareness to adoption monitoring.
• Translate strategy into role-specific guidance to reduce friction between security and operations.
• Track adoption, maturity KPIs and report to Executive Leadership, adjusting approach as needed.
