Sally Europe in Belgium (Ghent) seeks a highly analytical Supply Planner to join our European supply chain team. You’ll turn data into action by forecasting demand, managing inventory, and coordinating purchasing and intake plans with budgets in mind.

You’ll build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, monitor performance, and support launches and promotions to ensure stock is available when needed. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, or a similar role.
• Advanced Excel capability and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage inventory levels to support customer demand while minimising excess stock.
• Create and maintain supply forecasts using sales data, trends, and promotional plans.
• Manage purchasing and intake plans within agreed budgets.
• Support product launches, promotions, and range changes to ensure stock is available when needed.
• Monitor supply chain performance and provide insights to drive improvements.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to proactively manage risks and resolve issues.
