Job summary

BESIX Group in Belgium offers a communications internship within our Group Communications Department. You will support campaigns, write and edit content for internal and external channels, assist in event organization and contribute to brand management.

This full-time internship is ideal for students studying Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or Communications and seeking hands-on experience in corporate communications in a dynamic, international group in Brussels.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in French or Dutch and fluent in English.
• Strong writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design software (Photoshop or InDesign) is a plus.
• Internship period must be at least 3 months full-time.

Responsibilities

• Support the Communications team in preparing and executing campaigns and initiatives.
• Write and edit content for internal and external communication channels.
• Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings and employee engagement activities.
• Contribute to the creation of presentations, communication materials and reports.
• Support media monitoring and the preparation of press reviews and coverage reports.
• Assist in maintaining and strengthening BESIX's brand image across platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective communication.

During your internship, you will join the Group Communications Department and contribute to a variety of communication activities, including Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Media Relations, Event Management, Brand Management, and Sponsorship.
