Job summary

Degroof Petercam is seeking an intern to join the Content & Distribution team, supporting Wealth Management materials across articles, brochures, and videos. You will format and adapt content for PowerPoint, Word, and digital visuals while maintaining brand standards.

You will collaborate with colleagues, help tailor content for various channels, and explore AI tools to boost ideation, formatting, and productivity within internal guidelines. This is an on-site internship in Belgium.

Context

As part of the Content & Distribution team, the intern will support the creation, formatting, and distribution of marketing materials for Wealth Management clients. The team produces a wide range of content, including blog articles, videos, brochures, presentations, and other communication materials.

Your position

• Assist in the creation and layout of marketing and communication materials.
• Adapt existing content into various formats such as PowerPoint, Word, brochures, digital visuals, and video assets.
• Support the visual consistency and formatting of documents in line with internal brand guidelines.
• Help prepare content for distribution to clients.
• Collaborate with team members on editorial and visual projects.
• Contribute to the adaptation of content for different communication channels.
• Support the team in using AI tools to improve content creation, ideation, formatting, and productivity, in line with internal policies.

Your profile

• Currently studying graphic design, visual communication, marketing, communications, multimedia, or a related field.
• Strong interest in graphic design and visual creation.
• Good command of creative and layout tools, especially:
• Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
• Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)
• Interest in AI tools applied to content creation, productivity, and communication.
• High attention to detail, creativity, and a structured way of working.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Team spirit and ability to work in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in French and Dutch is required; English is an asset in an international environment.
