Degroof Petercam in Brussels invites you to join the dynamic Marketing team as a 6-month CRM Campaigns & Digital Execution internship, starting Jan/Feb 2027. You will support the setup and optimization of CRM campaigns, email journeys, and data governance under the CRM Manager.

You'll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT and Compliance, gain hands-on experience with Power BI, CMS, and AI tooling, and help develop training materials and knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, IT/Web development or related field.
• Familiarity with CMS systems or willingness to learn quickly.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT Codex) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns and client journeys (emails, forms, segments, automation, A/B testing).
• Coordinate local CRM execution and collaborate with marketing teams and business stakeholders on campaign delivery.
• Assist data quality checks, GDPR/consent processes, and campaign reporting including Power BI.

As part of the dynamic and international Marketing team based in Brussels, you will work closely with the CRM Manager to help deliver engaging client communications via email.

Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and IT, you’ll gain hands-on experience in how an asset management company operates and learn to use professional CRM and communication tools.

Your position

CRM Campaigns & Digital Execution

• Support the setup, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns and client journeys, including emails, forms, segments, automation, event flows, surveys, and A/B testing.
• Coordinate local CRM execution and collaborate with marketing teams and business stakeholders on campaign and project delivery.

Data, Reporting & Compliance

• Support data quality checks, including contact data, GDPR, consent, and retention processes.
• Support campaign reporting, KPI monitoring, and dashboard development, including Power BI where relevant.

AI & Process Improvement

• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of AI support capabilities.
• Maintain knowledge base documentation, business process records, and issue/solution documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, user support, and digital workflows across CRM and related platforms.

User & Operational Support

• Support CRM business users by resolving minor issues, coordinating ticket follow-up, and escalating complex matters when needed.
• Help create training materials, user documentation, and recommendations based on recurring feedback and operational observations.

Website & CRM Integration

• Support CRM-website integration initiatives such as forms, lead generation and related data flows.
• Assist with digital content updates and campaign-related website activities where required.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners where needed.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, IT, Compliance, and other stakeholders on CRM, website, and digital support activities.

Your profile

• Student in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Multimedia, IT/Web development, or a related field.
• Comfortable working in a CMS, or eager to learn one quickly.
• You have already taken your first steps with AI tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor or ChatGPT Codex. That is a big plus for us.
• Curious about how AI and MCP-based integrations can be applied to content and publishing workflows.
• Structured and proactive: you plan your work, keep track of what is pending, and flag issues before they become problems.
• Self-reliant and resourceful: you take ownership of your tasks, enjoy figuring things out and proactively look for solutions.
• Curious about technology and digital tools, with an interest in AI, web publishing and content management systems.
• Accurate and attentive to detail: you spot the typo and the broken link.
• Fluent in English, with a good working knowledge of French or Dutch.
• You have strong communication and teamwork abilities, and you can work independently when needed.
• You have a positive attitude and can handle hard deadlines.
• You are available full-time for a 6-month internship, starting January/February 2027
