Are you eager to gain hands‑on experience in asset management and contribute to real client projects? At Degroof Petercam Asset Management, our RFP team plays a key role in presenting our investment expertise to clients and prospects. As an intern, you will collaborate with portfolio managers, analysts, risk specialists, and compliance experts while helping shape responses on funds, mandates, and ESG topics. This is a unique opportunity to develop your knowledge of the financial industry, sharpen your research and writing skills, and make a visible impact within a dynamic and supportive team.

Your position

As an RFP Intern, you will support the production of client and prospect proposals across funds, mandates, and ESG‑related topics. Your day‑to‑day activities will include:

• Collecting and analysing portfolio data (performances, statistics, breakdowns) and other business information.
• Researching, filtering, and adapting content from previous proposals.
• Collaborating with portfolio managers, analysts, risk management, compliance, legal, and marketing to ensure high‑quality answers.
• Updating and maintaining our text library with the latest company, process, and product information in multiple languages (EN/FR/NL).
• Conducting market research on ESG trends, peer analysis, and product flows to strengthen our positioning.

You will report directly to the RFP team lead and work closely with colleagues across departments, giving you a broad exposure to the investment management process and the opportunity to contribute to tangible business outcomes.

Your profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern who brings both curiosity and commitment. The ideal candidate has:

• Background in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor or Master level).
• Strong interest in the financial industry and investment products.
• Solid understanding of financial terminology.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluency in English and either French or Dutch.
• Strong communication and writing abilities.
• Analytical and detail‑oriented mindset.
