Job summary

NH Brussels Grand Place Arenberg is offering a Front Office Internship. As an intern you will be a key hotel representative, assisting guests during training and handling check-in/check-out tasks to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

You will learn upselling, provide information to guests, and help create a welcoming atmosphere. Fluency in English and a guest-focused mindset are essential for success in this role.

Your Role at a Glance

As a Front Office Intern, you are one of the most important representatives of the hotel. You are (partly) responsible for providing a great experience for every hotel guest. After a training period, you will check in and out independently and you perform all administrative actions that are necessary to successfully manage a Front Office in a hotel. You maintain close contact with the guests, answer all their questions and provide them with a variety of information. You will also learn skills in the field of upselling and complaint handling. And most important, you will create a great team atmosphere, so all guests are welcomed with a smile.
