Minor Hotels Europe & Americas invites you to an Internship in Food & Beverage at NH Brussels Airport. You’ll support guest service, assist in restaurant setup, and collaborate with kitchen and front office to ensure seamless experiences.

After training, you may work across F&B departments, learn upselling, and contribute to a welcoming team. Benefits include housing support for international interns, supervisor-led learning, and staff discounts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a wonderful guest experience in the Food & Beverage department.
• Work independently in one or more F&B areas after training.
• Help in service and maintain contact with guests.
• Prepare restaurants and meeting rooms for guest arrival.
• Coordinate with kitchen, stewarding and front office.
• Look for improvements with a refreshing eye for detail.
• Assist with guest feedback and quick resolutions.
• Practice upselling to promote menu items and offers.
• Contribute to a positive team spirit and welcoming atmosphere.

What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?

As a Food & Beverage Intern, you will learn to work all-round within the Food & Beverage department.

• You are (partly) responsible for providing a wonderful experience for every hotel guest.
• After a training period, you will work independently in one or more of our Food & Beverage departments.
• You will help in the service and keep close contact with our guests
• you will prepare the restaurants and/or meeting rooms for the arrival of guests.
• You will also maintain close contact with other departments, for example, with the kitchen, with stewarding, and with the front office.
• Furthermore, with your refreshing eye for detail, you are always looking for improvements.
• Support in handling guest feedback and complaints, aiming for quick and satisfactory resolutions.
• Learn and practice upselling techniques, promoting menu items and special offers to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Contribute to a positive team spirit, helping create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.
