Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas offers a kitchen internship within the nhow brand, where you may be deployed across our kitchen teams to deliver memorable dining experiences in a dynamic, design-forward hotel setting.

You’ll join a Millennial/Gen Z-minded team, participate in prep and service, and receive training through Minor Hotels University Northern Europe. The program includes guest stays, staff discounts, and potential growth after graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in culinary studies or an equivalent program.
• Willingness to learn and support kitchen operations.
• Strong teamwork and guest-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the (pre)preparation of dishes and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Work with Kitchen, Service and Stewarding teams to support daily operations.
• Contribute ideas for kitchen improvements and uphold high service standards.
• Adapt by working across one or more kitchen stations after induction.
• Support a positive team spirit and guest-centric service.

• You are (jointly) responsible for providing every hotel guest with a great culinary experience.
• After an induction period, you will work in one or more of our kitchen teams.
• You assist with the (pre)preparation of dishes, ensure a clean and organized workspace, and work closely with your colleagues in the kitchen and other departments, such as service and stewarding.
