Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas invites applications for a Kitchen Intern role in Brussels. You will be deployed across our kitchen teams, assisting with dish preparation and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

After induction, you may move between teams, collaborating with service and stewarding to deliver memorable guest experiences. You bring enthusiasm, a foodie mindset, and strong attention to detail, with a flexible approach and good English.
