OPENLANE, Inc. is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Officer to manage accurate payroll and comprehensive benefit programs across multiple European countries. You will handle data in Workday, ensure compliance, and serve as the main point of contact for employees and managers.

You'll thrive on attention to detail, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic European environment. Fluency in English is required, with Dutch/French/German/Italian considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, payroll, business or related field; master's is a plus.
• 3–5 years of payroll/benefits administration or HR operations experience.
• Experience in international environment with multiple legal entities.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and benefits administration.
• Proficient with HR systems, preferably Workday.
• Excellent attention to detail and discretion with confidential data.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills; able to meet deadlines.
• Fluent English; additional Dutch/French/German/Italian is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate accurate and timely payroll across multiple European countries.
• Administer employee benefits including company cars, insurance, pensions, mobility and country programs.
• Maintain high-quality employee data in Workday and support payroll activities.
• Serve as a trusted contact for employees, managers and HR colleagues.
• Collaborate with payroll providers, insurers and internal stakeholders for compliant operations.
• Support reporting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build expertise across all countries within scope and provide back-up support.
