Agfa Film & Chemicals is seeking a Junior Sales Manager in Mortsel, Belgium. You will identify new opportunities, support existing customers and collaborate with distributors while engaging cross-functional teams across product, supply chain and marketing.

The role offers an international scope with travel of up to 20-30% and a learning-on-the-job path. Strong English skills are required; additional Dutch, French or German are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
• 0-3 years of commercial experience; talented graduates are welcome.
• Interest in technical products and industrial markets.
• Commercially driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and comfortable with sales administration.
• Able to work independently and take ownership.
• Fluent in English; Dutch, French and/or German is a plus.
• Willing to travel up to 20-30%.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business opportunities.
• Manage sales opportunities from lead to order.
• Grow relationships with distributors, customers and end-users.
• Maintain CRM data and ensure timely follow-up.
• Translate customer needs into commercial solutions.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Product Management, Marketing, Production and R&D.
