Lotus Bakeries is seeking an Import & Export Coordinator to ensure smooth international shipments across ocean, road, air and multimodal transport. You will manage customs declarations, coordinate with logistics partners, and work closely with internal stakeholders and customs authorities.

Requirements include a bachelor or master in supply chain or related field, experience with international freight and strong organizational skills in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport, Customs, or a related field.
• Experience with international freight flows and customs formalities is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in Dutch & English.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage international import and export shipments across multiple transport modes.
• Prepare and submit import and export customs declarations with or without brokers.
• Monitor transport performance and resolve delays and disruptions.
• Maintain accurate shipping and customs documentation and follow up on discrepancies.
• Ensure data entry and management across logistics systems and CAS customs data.
• Act as the key operational contact for shipment questions and escalations.
