• Coordinate international import and export shipments across ocean, road, air, and multimodal networks with logistics partners and customs authorities.
• Prepare and submit import and export customs declarations in-house or with customs brokers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor transport performance and resolve delays, demurrage, detention, and other disruptions.
• Maintain accurate shipping and customs documentation and address discrepancies or corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure data entry and management across logistics systems and CAS, safeguarding data quality and compliance.

Description du poste

As an Import & Export Coordinator at Lotus Bakeries, you play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods across international markets. You coordinate import and export shipments, manage customs processes, and work closely with logistics partners, internal stakeholders, and customs authorities.

As part of the Import & Export team you will:

• Coordinate and manage international import and export shipments across multiple transport modes (ocean, road, air, and multimodal), ensuring timely delivery while optimizing logistics flows to balance service, cost, and operational requirements.
• Prepare and submit import and export customs declarations in-house or in collaboration with customs brokers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations. Manage communication with local customs authorities and internal compliance teams to facilitate efficient customs clearance and the timely resolution of customs-related issues.
• Monitor transport performance and proactively resolve issues such as delays, demurrage, detention, and other operational disruptions.
• Maintain accurate shipping and customs documentation and follow up on discrepancies or corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure accurate data entry and management across logistics and customs systems, including master data maintenance and customs decision tables in CAS, while safeguarding data quality, integrity, and compliance.
• Act as the key operational contact for shipment-related questions and escalations and support the implementation of new logistics and customs processes.
