Job summary

Cortina Group is seeking an Internal Sales professional with a strong interest in AI and automation to support global footwear and fashion customers. You will manage orders from start to finish, liaise with internal teams, and actively use AI tools to speed up repetitive tasks and digitalise processes.

You will interact daily in Dutch, French and English, coordinate deliveries, monitor credit limits, and contribute to improving our customer service operations with a digital mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English; additional languages a plus.
• Initial experience in customer service or sales support.
• Strong knowledge of AI and automation; comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot in a professional environment.
• Experience automating data and processes (e.g., Excel Power Query, Power Automate, Zapier).
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to maintain an overview during busy periods.
• Commercial flair with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and liaise with Account Managers and internal teams.
• Manage orders from start to finish, process in the system and follow up on samples.
• Coordinate deliveries and monitor schedules, informing customers of changes.
• Monitor customer credit limits in collaboration with Finance.
• Handle customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
• Develop a thorough understanding of customer accounts and status.
