Jobomschrijving

• Je biedt interne commerciële en technische ondersteuning aan industriële installateurs en bedrijven.
• Je staat dagelijks in contact met klanten via telefoon, mail en digitale kanalen.
• Je beheert het volledige offerteproces: behoefteanalyse, oplossing uitwerken, lastenboeken invullen, marge bepalen en offertes opmaken.
• Je verdedigt offertes commercieel bij de klant en volgt deze nauwgezet op tot bestelling.
• Je geeft bestellingen in en volgt deze verder administratief op.
• Je verleent bijkomend technisch advies waar nodig.
• Je beheert administratie en facturatie voor key accounts.
• Je volgt backorders op bij leveranciers en bewaakt levertermijnen.
• Je houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte van voorraadstatus, leveringen en lopende opdrachten.
• Je werkt nauw samen met de buitendienst, het logistiek team en leveranciers.
