Inizio Engage in Belgium is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for the dental sector. You will build relationships with dentists across Belgium, manage inquiries, and drive revenue through proactive outreach.

You will work with the CRM, dashboards and Excel to track performance, report on outcomes, and collaborate with the field sales team. Hybrid arrangement: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home; Brussels region; language requirements Dutch/French and good English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Life Sciences or similar field.
• Initial experience in healthcare, life sciences or sales.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; good English.

For a leading international company active in the dental industry, we are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative.

Your Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with dentists across Belgium.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively contact dentists and prospects by phone.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Accurately register and follow up customer information in the CRM system.
• Prepare reports and analyze sales performance.
• Work with dashboards and Excel to track commercial results.
• Collaborate closely with the existing field sales team.

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Life Sciences.
• Initial experience in healthcare, life sciences or sales.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, good English.
• Strong communication and telephone selling skills.
• Analytical, customer-focused and results-oriented.

What We Offer
