Ashfield Healthcare is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for the Belgium dental sector. You will develop and maintain relationships with dentists, identify opportunities, and work with the field sales team to achieve targets.

The role requires a Life Sciences degree, healthcare sales experience, and strong Dutch/French language skills, with good English. Hybrid model with 4 days in office and 1 day from home in the Brussels region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Life Sciences required.
• Initial healthcare, life sciences or sales experience preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; good English.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Identify new business opportunities. Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth. Accurately register and follow up customer information in the CRM system. Prepare reports and analyze sales performance. Work with dashboards and Excel to track commercial results. Collaborate closely with the existing field sales team.# Your ProfileBachelor degree, preferably in Life Sciences. Initial experience in healthcare, life sciences or sales.
