Bekaert NV is seeking a senior innovator to lead the development and enhancement of flexisteel products within a manufacturing context. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with market needs and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities include managing projects from concept to launch, driving technology improvements, mentoring a team of technicians, and collaborating with production, QA, and sales to integrate new capabilities and ensure sustained performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product or process development within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in project management and product development.
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Project Management: Oversee projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Innovation & Development: Drive the development of new technologies and the improvement of existing products, focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and performance.
• Leadership & Management: Oversee and mentor a team of technology and development technicians, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements to inform strategic decisions.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all products and processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
