Job summary

Bekaert is seeking a production-focused professional to coordinate daily production activities, lead teams, and ensure safe, high-quality output. You will work closely with maintenance, supply chain, and planning to meet targets while fostering coaching and development of employees.

The role emphasizes people leadership, continuous improvement, and reliable cross-functional collaboration across the plant, with fluency in Dutch and English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including experience coordinating or supervising teams.
• Interest in people leadership and production management.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders across the plant.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
